MR. FUNDI THE MULTIPURPOSE MACHINE

Stories Behind Our Success, had a chance to meet and Interview one among the Famous Colleagues from Tumaini University College of Dar es Salaam {TUDARCo}, he is Famously known as Mr. Fundi his an Advertiser ,Comedian, Leader, Director, Multi Purpose Machine and a Double 7 person he has a great Personality and his Charismatic. he has  acted in various upcoming Movies also he has talent that only few people know about  his a Singer.

In his Secondary years Donald and his Friend created a Newspaper known as BUNGWA.

SBOS: How are you Mr. Fundi?

Mr. Fundi: Well as you see am very fine and glad that i had this chance to have an Interview with stories behind our success since this is my first interview (laughing) 

SBOS: Ooh really how does this make you feel..

Mr. Fundi: Honestly it makes me feel, so good cause i usually interview myself indoors alone so I'd say it's a great opportunity for me, so that people could get to know me more.

SBOS: yeah that's true so am could you please fully introduce yourself , cause am sure that some or most people don't really know you as much as you think cause they just see your activities.

Mr. Fundi: My name is Donald Eustus Fundi. before going to your question directly, I used to call myself Eusy J  because my mothers name is Joyce and Eusy stands for Eustus. so as days went by i decided to change my nickname to my surname  because I thought that  Eusy J wasn't really a good way of presenting myself towards people also most people preferred to use my surname when calling me and some were so curious to know how potential i am in terms of fixing things because Fundi in Swahili means fixing.. so yeah that's how Mr. Fundi came into Existence..

SBOS: so fundi Could you please share your life experience with us.

Mr. Fundi: Am for me I've always been a leader in my life, even in my school years too. I've been a Prefect in Primary, Secondary and Advance.  I've lived in leading myself and people around me, because there times in life where people need a leader or don't know how to lead themselves so I find it better to step up and lead them and myself too. I do this thing call leadership to lead the people around me purposely  to connect people in the in the community that i live in.

SBOS: are there any Challenges that you've passed through in your life and how have you overcome them?

Mr. Fundi: Honestly it's a Normal thing for human beings to pass through challenges and as for me. I always believe that one should follow his dreams despite the fact that i come from a Minimum Standard Life but I've always pushed myself to reach my Goals,  that has honestly affected me Emotionally and Psychologically because my family puts so much PRESSURE onto me to reach certain things that aren't of my interest. They expect me to become a Doctor or a Pilot believing that I'll become Successful and help them while I personally do not want to become a Doctor nor a Pilot, I tried doing what they wanted me to do. I remember back in High school I studied CBG which is a science combination  for them but then i didn't really feel like that's where i belonged  so I changed the combination and took HGL which is an Arts combination I decided to follow my Path and Purpose and also stick to my Principles , I spoke to them Wisely and explained to them and am thankful that they listened to me  somehow as we all know its hard convince an African Parent ( Laughing).

SBOS: What would you like to Advice  people that have experienced what you've experienced, or are about to experience or they have not experience it yet?

Mr. Fundi: Well I'd say those who have passed through such things in life they shouldn't Imply what they passed through in life to other people.. because at times. It's hard to make someone believe in what you're doing especially Parents. Go for it do it Physically and show Actions to it too, through that way people will Respect what you're doing, also use different methods that you can see that will help in your path that will  make a good Environment that people will understand what your trying to do. Also at times in life the people that surround us tend to Annoy us in some way or another and for me I had this habit where i didn't really like explaining myself to people on how they treated so I'd push them out in my life forgetting that, that person can become of great importance in my life so I had to change that habit and I learned and tried my best to explain to people how  i felt and it has been great since i took my time to understood people, This is something that i learnt in College.

SBOS: Is there any Project that you've done am sure people are Curious to know more about you

Mr. Fundi: yeah am i did and Advertisement for Airtel.

SBOS: Oh that's Amazing. Would you like to share a quote that will change someone's life ?

Mr. Fundi: "Believe in Oneself" you can do anything that you want if you believe in yourself truly.
